Didn't someone on here say that the Championship rule for shirts is that if it's stripes then it has to have a solid back? Watching goals roundup and Brentford have stripes on their back.
I did look for the thread to reply to but trying to find old threads on here is a test of patience I can do without. Anyway unless Brentford are somehow above the law that myth is busted.
You don't do yourself any favours though Gordon. All the constant insinuations and winks. That's why what happened last night happened.
Somebody did say it, I don't remember who (really) and it seems to have been wrong (misguided) 'cos of the Brentford strip (as Nacho said) . . . . what's wrong with saying that ?
It's for the premier league mate. Striped backs have two years(that might have started a year ago, not sure on that) to make the backs solid colour. As this season's kit will have been chosen before we were relegated, Adidas simply had us complying with the rules. They weren't going to do a redesign just cause we went down sadly.
Nice not to see you any more ...... please log in to view this image ...... not to see you any more ....... From the Leeds board.
The trouble is I'll have to avoid the telly for the next few days so I don't see Jimmy Tarbuck telling a story about him and Brucie playing golf
Perhaps someone should start a thread about this (like we do when famous people 'kick it') . . . . just a thought
