    Yeah but Waddle, Gascoigne, Ginola all wanted away. The others loved the club and wanted to stay. Don't get me wrong watching those players play definitely had an impact on me, but to be honest the commitment to the club of the likes of Beardsley, Shearer, Clark, Lee, Solano, Speed etc had equally as much an impact. There is something special when a player falls in love with a club the same way you have. Even more so in a strange way when they are from outside the area like Solano, Speed and Lee.

    Rob Lee was absolute class. Simple as that.

    Speedo was a very good player too. Both intelligent footballers with a great touch.

    Both speed and Lee were brilliant players for us. Speed had a slow start to his nufc career, but blossomed into a great player for us.. but rob lee was amazing. Anyone remember the advert (NIKE I think) next to the brewery

    66 was a great year for English football, cantana was born and someone scrubbed out cantana and wrote who gives a toss we got Bobby lee
