Its been confirmed Fulham will take part in the Europa as Englands Fairplay winners

Try going here to find out about placing and draw

    http://www.xs4all.nl/~kassiesa/bert/uefa/seedel2011.html

Has always been accurate in the past
the seeded teams on the left will get drawn against the unseeded teams on the right

Great news. Does anyone know when the draw for the first round is made?

Really looking forward to it - just worried about getting tickets as I'm not a season ticket holder, just a 'general buyer'

I don't think that'll be a problem at the beginning.

It's worth joining the Members' Club if you're not a season ticket holder. That got me tickets to every big European home game in 2009/10. The only one I missed out on was the final, but then I wasn't alone on that and hopefully if we got that far again the club will have a better ticketing policy. Although as Rocky said, won't be a problem in the early rounds.

Hooray! Hooray! Hooray! I can't stop smiling!

I wish it was starting on 30th May not 30th June! Actually, no I don't and not just because of the obvious practical reasons - we now have a month of anticipation and specualtion. Excellent!

I've just been looking up who we might have to play. This wikipedia page has the formula for which teams join in at which stages: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2011–12_UEFA_Europa_League

As far as I can see, the chances are that we will face runners up/third place teams from reasonably weak leagues in the first round. Polish, Swedish, Norwegian teams look like the strongest we are likely to face. While we shouldn't take anything for granted, we will be unlikely to come up against serious opposition until at least the 4th round we have to play. Yes, we have to play four rounds to reach the group stages: it's looking like a busy summer, but I'm certainly not complaining. Come on you Whites!

Thanks, SuperBrian, this is what I was (unsuccessfully) looking for earlier.

If I read it right, we are likely to be seeded in the draw for the first, second and third qualifying rounds, which should help.

The party I'm most pleased for is Zolly, one of our favourite players who won't leave under the cloud that he may have affected our qualification. Who knows, he may even change his mind and come on another European jaunt.

Yes, Rocky, I'm also glad for Gera that his red card hasn't cost us. I'd be surprised if this changes his mind about leaving though; it's apparent that he doesn't figure in Hughes' plans, whether we're in Europe or not. As others have said, he'll be fondly remembered and much missed.

Thanks Fulhamish, I will do this, so just to confirm if I buy a member ship does that mean i can get only one ticket when they go on sale to members or can I buy a couple?

I know Rocky has said it, but altogether now "WE'RE ALL GOING ON A EUROPEAN TOUR, A EUROPEAN TOUR, A EUROPEAN TOUR!

And it's good to know that my man's red card didn't harm our chances.

There are a lot of Scandinavians and Eastern Europe (Hopefully, it's not too far for you DR), but hopefully we don't a trip to Neath.
