red/ white stripes: Ajax ( Easy one that!) Strange I always thought that Ajax played in White with a Red middle panel or in previous seasons Red/White Halves.
snd I'm shaking my head at how amazingly stupid you are and how easilly you bit. You don't have to be a genius to see youwere well set up.
mickey Shut up will you. Everytime you are made to look like idiots, you claim you were doing it on purpose to get a bite. Keep it quiet for once.
Ajax kit is not, and has never been stripes, also Sevilla do not wear stripes, they wear all white at home and all red away, at least get this factually correct lads Red and White stripes has surely gotta be PSV, 21 League championships and 2 european cups. Black and White we all agree is Juve, clearly. Blue? Chelsea? Were we all born in the last ten years? What about Rangers? Chelsea have 4 league titles, Rangers have an incredible 53! Neither has won the European Cup/Champions league. Claret and Blue, If Barca wear 'claret' it's them, do they class it as claret though? White Madrid, fairly simple. What about sky blue? This is a tricky one, and i can't think of anyone! It's probably Man City, for all the 'new money' bollocks flying around, they have won a fair few trophies, many moons ago like Badger, Glad to see you got your, err, badger mate, i know it's been a long time coming!
As I said before Brucey, at one point, might have only been a season, Sevilla wore red n white stripes. I think some of us were speaking in terms of just red n white, not just stripes. Sky Blue, probably Man City now, although Celta Vigo are a well known name. And tell me about it, we have a great leader in MalteseMick.
Wonder if i can get a smiley of a black cat ****ting on a badger like... That red and white stripe Sevilla kit was a 3rd kit marra, and therefore excluded Celta Vigo have never won a trophy, unless you count the intertoto, but we all know that's worth less than a pint glass
Badger Come off it. You all bit and came on here. If you are stupid enough to think we believe we were in the same league as the teams mentioned then I'm sorry for you. It was so obvious why he did it that way. To get you to bite of course.
I dunno mate, you could make a pretty decent argument in Sunderlands favour, if you could be arsed with the effort. Atletico have won a few titles, but you could argue that it was a weaker league until recently, and PSV? If you put Sunderland OR Newcastle in the Dutch league, we'd likely have won as many titles, the standard is woeful. There are very few top sides in red and white OR black and white stripes, unfortunately for Toon Juve just happen to be one of the most succesful clubs of all time, anywhere. Didn't strike me as a wind up i must say
More mags talking about all the success they've had? They've won sooooooo many more trophies than us over the last 40 years......
It's amusing because you won't concede Atletico who have just won a UEFA cup and a Super Cup or whatever, or Seville who won 2 UEFA cups not that long ago, are better/more successful teams than Sunderland. Both qualify for Europe reguarly and have been in Champions League recently, when's the last time Sunderland were in Europe? Or are you basing Sunderland's epic success and glory from stuff they won 70 odd years ago?
Nobody has said once in this thread Newcastle are successful, infact I said the opposite. This is a thread celebrating Sunderland's success, get it right.
So, you didn't read my original post when i DID concede this? I said there was basis for argument, but i absolutely stated that the MOST SUCCESFUL team in red and white stripes was PSV EINDHOVEN. If you read the whole thread, you'd look like less of an imbecile, maybe.
There is no basis for arguement. Sunderland have played like 4 games in Europe in their entire existence.
Your missing my point, as i have already conceded that Atletico and PSV are more succesful. Are you actually this dumb? In my opinion some could argue that PSV's titles are less valuable due to the sub-standard opponents in Holland. This is an opinion, based on fact, clear enough for you?
