Ha ha nice one mate I have just cottoned on myself that there are some lads on here that are just trying to wind some others up buy saying "Moyes is still the best man for the job if we are relegated " " he hasn't done to bad with team he has at his disposal " " who would you get to do any better " " there is still time for him to turn it round if he can get 30 points out the next six games. lol. " Anyway I have now realized they are just taking the piss so you can stop it now and just agree that the useless ginger t wat should be hoofed into oblivion never to set foot at our club again.
Nobody's cracking out the champagne but I don't see why Burnley getting relegated from their position is any more far fetched than the way we've been escaping relegation every season. Strange things happen in football year on year.
And we invariably look like **** all year until the last handful of games when we somehow play like geniuses. Things change.
I think 4 or 5 points and they're safe. And with their home record so far, I don't see that being an issue. They're about 12 points ahead. Out of reach already for me.
I think they're safe too but I'll take any positives however weak. Unless you've already fully accepted relegation then what else have we got.
There's no argument about what we've done the last God knows how many season. But this season just feels very different. Can't put a finger on it. It aint just about Moyes. Just feels different.
I accepted it the day Moyes said we were relegation fodder no coming back after you say **** like that to your team.
Surely it's the same as Chelsea looking over their shoulders at the 3/4/5 teams below them as a worst case scenario. They'll still be hoping they all lose. Same as us looking upwards hoping for a best case scenario that we can catch at least a few of them with them also losing. Don't see the issue personally.
Proof of his knowledge is it not,I wonder if he does palm readings,he would have no trouble reading mine
Its exactly the same Giacc. But Burnley are 8 place above us. Chelsea aren't looking back at Stoke. If I was a bit hard on the put down then sorry about that. I'm just trying to be realistic about who we could or should have in our sights. For me, Burnley isn't one of them. To consider they are for me is just deluding ourselves.
Burnley are safe imo Maybe if they had won it would have given them the away win that they want.most likely fight like hell to get it against us .
I agree completely, they only need a couple of results and they're home and dry. Just offering a possible explanation to why some were hoping they'd get beat.
This recent quote probably sums it up most from Ian Watmore (father of Duncan) ..."The core of the club is the passionate local fans to whom football is disproportionately important".
Our bubble burst a few seasons back but for some unknown reason there used to be three whom found a way of making us look good. The same old reason's will always hold us back until they finally succumb to old age.
