...still wish we had Tevez over Berbatov? Anybody not ready to bite the bullet and admit they were wrong? Just wondering.
Tevez fitted our system better. We have since adapted our system to get the best out of Berbatov. I would have been happy either way to be honest - although I bet it will be "we should have sold Rooney and kept Tevez" soon enough.
Tbh I was glad when Tevez went as he was a disruptive influence and put himself above the team. He was giving interviews moaning and bitching on the eve of big matches. I still think he's a superb player though and has done a lot better at City than I expected.
Both great players, I'm just delighted that things are finally starting to come right for Berbatov at United.
Ability-wise, the 2 are fairly similar (both excel in different areas). Tevez has the age advantage, but as a team and squad member, Berba's attitude is ten times better. Plus he seems like he's really happy to be where he is, whereas Tevez will always get fed up of eventually no matter how favourable the conditions.
