Bristol city have spent out over half a million pounds on agents fee's, the championship as a whole spent out over £42m
I saw the article and was shocked by the amount of money spent. It's very annoying when an agent makes a deal with a club and then a year or so later want to move their client to another team. Some of the items on BBC Sport gossip column mention that a certain players agent is open to offers from other clubs despite the fact that they arranged their existing contract. They are money grabbers in my opinion and more control needs to be exercised over their ability to stir the pot because I think some of their tactics border on the fraudulent.

take into account what the prem threw at agents and its just ridiculous, no wonder people are falling out of love with the game.
MORE on agents than a prem team gets in handouts for TV etc.. talk about jumping on the band wagon........
It's not about football anymore but more about money, hairdos, twitter and the jacuzzi back at their luxury mansion in Cheshire. I can remember seeing John Atyeo arriving at Ashton Gate on a bike, rather than a Bentley, or is my memory fading? Today's game is all about the wrong things and it leaves a bad taste in the mouths of us seniors - bah humbug EH!
I think considering how many players we've signed this season that half a million on agents fees is pretty shrewd business. Only 5 teams spent less than us. Either that or it just shows what it costs to compete in this league, and we're not, so despite all the people saying LJ has been handed the biggest war chest of any City manager, this list shows that without doubt it costs more to be in this division, let alone compete than at any previous time, and thus, under any previous City manager's reign.
