I would but prescription fees are ridiculous these days.
Even the three month ones costs like £25.00 a pop. And they say the NHS is underfunded!!

What's everyone's breakfast of choice then?

On a working day I'll normally have porridge with some fruit or other in it, usually a banana.

If I'm at home of a weekend is when I'll succumb to the lure of toast, usually just butter but occasionally with marmite. I also do a cracking scrambled eggs. No funny business of adding ****, gets done properly so they're neither dry and lumpy of horrible and slimy.
I like an omelette #monacoger when the mood takes me too, this is as per the scrambled in that it has to be done right or it's just ****. Cheese and ham the filling of choice ordinarily.

    Breakfast of choice though, and can't have this often for obvious fat **** reasons, is the mighty full English. The contents, for me, should be;

    Bacon done crispy x 2
Sausages, not ****e but proper butcher stuff, x 2
Fried free organic free range egg x1
    Black pudding, slices x 1, or 2.
    Baked beans, one small cup.
    Mushrooms, handful, fried.
Toast and butter, slices x 2 or 3.
    Mug of PG Tips.

NO hash brown, NO tomatoes, NO ****ing chips.

    Thoughts?

Breakfast is probably my favourite meal of the day.

If I'm training, I train in the am pre-breakfast and I have normally just had a protein shake which is obviously sweet, so I tend to go savoury after that.

Usually savoury means 5 eggs scrambled with a bagel and some smoked salmon, or w/m toast with mashed avocado and poached eggs x3.

Non-training days (4 out of 7) is oats, with walnuts, blueberries and tinned pumpkin... don't knock it til you've tried it!

When I am hungover, usually I turn to the double sausage and egg mcmuffin meal with extra hash browns, there ain't no way in hell I'm making cooked breakfast, the only time I have that is if I'm at mommas house, usually over xmas.

    I hear ya sister!

Chips have no place on a full english breakfast, I can understand mushrooms but I never eat them, they are just goopy stink as far as I'm concerned.

It's all about the quality of the meat and the eggs, if they're substandard then we might as well pack up and go home. WTF is that white crap on the bacon though? There's no need for that.

    I'm hungry now.

Scrambled eggs, plum tomatoes, mushrooms and 3 rashers of crispy'ish bacon, with a piece of toast and a cup of strong tea.

    That's my weekend breakfast treat.

Monday to Friday it's 2 cups of coffee and a fag.

Try substituting your plums for cherry tomatoes halved cooked in butter and shed loads of garlic.
