i tell you what you go to ER and blow it up and i wager GFH get their 17m and Leeds will get whats left
They may not have any votes or power to make decisions, but they can stop decisions being carried out. Their debenture means the Club cannot sell major assets (like players for example) or make changes to assets such as Elland Road without prior written approval from GFH. In effect, they still have as much control over the Club’s future as they did back in 2012: this control significantly hampered Cellino in his plans and is going to continue to do the same under Radrizzani’s tenure. This debenture could run till 2029 if not paid off - it also means GFH can just take Club assets if the Club defaults on payment in the future and prevents the Club giving such security to other potential future lenders. Si if you bought Elland Road, it would make it an asset that is added to those GFH has control over: future sale of ER or borrowing against it can only be done if GFH agree. Similarly, a mortgage company will no longer be able to give the Club a mortgage unless GFH agree to give up their claim over the asset. Thought you was an accountant
You best write to Leeds Supporters Club and tell them to take it off of their website then - and whilst you're at it, you should tell them to sack the legal experts that gave them this hilarious rubbish
I suppose a Supporters Club is a difficult concept for the wallies to understand, never having had enough fans to form one.
so hows it going lads ? take over sorted ? managers contract sorted ? pre season games all sorted ? new players in or lined up ? ER purchase underway ? transfer budget in place ? will soon be August don't get left behind
Yes you're right, you already have an average league 1 team, but with Bradford being **** as well you never know
