Blackburn manager Steve Kean is plotting a big coup by attempting to land Brazilian striker Luis Fabiano. Rovers want to prise the forward away from Sao Paulo before he has even made an appearance for the club. The ex-Porto striker made his name during a six-year stint at La Liga side Sevilla. That came to an end in March when he returned to his homeland in a â¬7.6 million deal. He has a four-year contract with Sao Paulo but is yet to make his debut for the club because of injury problems that have troubled him since his arrival. The 30-year-old, once a target for Tottenham, is part of Kean's plans to bring in a marquee player whose arrival will encourage other players to move to Ewood Park. Fabiano averaged almost a goal every other game for Sevilla during almost 150 appearances.
30 years old and hasn't even made his debut for his current club because of injuries! Even with that i really couldn't see him going to blackburn unless that put some serious financial backing behind it
