Spurs to face Arsenal in Women's FA Cup Women's football Posted at12:05 There's going to be a north London derby in the FA Cup. But it's the Women's FA Cup with Spurs Ladies drawn away to their Arsenal counterparts in the fifth round on 19 March.
Sources confirm that Clatterburg will continue to "officiate" (i.e. run around with his arms outstretched to indicate 'play on') until the end of the current season. Reports suggest that last-minute talks with Moussa Sissoko were instrumental in the highly-rated ref deciding against leaving immediately.
Gives us more time to work on his farewell present. Anyway, time to look for building materials to make an industrial ****-flinging catapult...
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tyne-39056628 **** you, cancer. Just heartbreaking. I have a boy Bradley's age, just went into his room and watched him sleeping peacefully, happy and healthy. Stories like this make you realise just how much you take for granted. Stay strong big man, don't ever give up the fight. I said yesterday that I had changed my avatar to reflect a 'legend'. This time, I've gone for two legends in one shot. Now, back to chopping those ****ing onions...
Interesting titbit about the end of the Ramos Error...sorry, Era: http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/foo...left-wing-claims-jermaine-jenas-a3475806.html
Your next cup opponents Millwall played at Oldham yesterday. They drew 0-0 for an 8th consecutive clean sheet. They were awarded penalties in the 90th and 94th minutes - both saved by Connor Ripley (son of Stuart)!! Bizarre.
Sutton United didn't have time to replace their pie-eating reserve goalkeeper for their game against Torquay yesterday. He'd only played five times in six years though, so it wasn't going to be an issue, right? Of course not, this is football! Their main keeper got injured after 15 minutes and had to be replaced by an outfield player. He only conceded once though, as they came from behind to win the game 3-2. Well done, Sutton.
