To me it is equal. Neither has managed to build on last seasons fine form, in fact both have regressed
I'd say they've both under performed, but if I'm being honest I think Ross has been the bigger disappointment. He's just not learning when to play and when to stay for me, his work rate off the ball simply isn't good enough and he needs a kick up the arse as opposed to yet more smoke being blown up it. He's achieved nothing yet.
At this point in their development they need to be playing in a side that is doing well for them to really shine, both have a lot expected of them at the moment due to the form of both clubs. Both are very good players and will continue to improve.
To be fair I think Ross has been a bigger disappointment too I know he's been Injured but he's taken a step back IMO Sterling's form has dropped has dropped as well though..
Sterling is still fantastic, until he gets into the box. Gone back two seasons, but, like United with Jammyjism last season, we're expecting him to carry the team.
Expectation and hype is a bitch. Both were not expected to deliver what they did last season, both were excellent, this year they were expected to push on. It's a little easier for Sterling because of his blinding pace but his finishing Sadly you ave two clubs that have put too much weight on two young lads who should be learning from the more experienced players instead of carrying their asses
This is what happens with young players - bound to be a bit inconsistent, especially after a long (World Cup) season last year Any Premier League side would be glad to have either
Very unfair question from what I've seen, thought Barkley was one of Everton's better players yesterday and he's had an injury. Sterling looked poor for a couple of months but now seems to be returning to form and is Liverpool's top scorer. Both will be a big of England's future team.
Certainly not Sterling now. Last 5 games or so he's really perked up for us, also not bad considering he is out of position. Barkley is a bit of a strange one.
Both have been disappointing this season. However, they are still young, hope they're going to get better and better .
Biggest flop so far this season is Martinez. I never thought i would say that but his reign is nearly at an end...
Hahaha a bitter sheep shagger Shouldn't you be weeping about the imminent loss of your best player to a big club?
Lovren. You didn't answer my question though. Or should I take it as read that you meant the £28m of pure ****e?
****ing #desperate now, both would walk into Everton's team any day of the week (as would Lovren BTW but that says nothing)
