http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/37794749 Biggest Welsh Club outside the Premier League though lol "The Home of Championship Football in Wales"
The ONLY ones who care are those up east who're insecure within their own identity which is understandable considering no one else knows who the **** they are .
Warmock had better take care tapping his head like that at his age and with his hair style as he is asking for trouble
I've no problem with Cardiff being a big(ish) Club at all. I've always said it's a question of demographics - their nearby catchment is almost 400,000 people and Legoland is a good sized ground - bigger than ours for sure. But I'm sorry, when it comes to stature the Premiership is everything. My son talking to American Swans fans in New York recently is an example. Yes, they have some overseas fans I'm sure, but I really don't think they have that reach without being in the Prem. Then there's the difference in income of course... Just Warnock being his usual cockish self.
Cardiff the biggest city in Wales Could easily be the biggest club in Wales and they were at one time but they lost that title nearly a decade ago and have been second best ever since. The potential at Cardiff has always been there but they keep on employing poor owners with Tan being the latest.....Warnock is a decent manager and the best they have had since DJ who i reguard as the best because of all the crap he had to put up with Sam the man and the board who dismantled everything DJ built up at the end of every season and credit to him he always managed to rebuild and challenge for promotion the following season. That man deserves a lot of credit and He never baught into this Big club nonsence and would often meet up with our manager for meals and private talks......Most Cardiff fans are not stupid they know darn well that we have been the better club for a long time now and that is down to bad owners, in fighting and trying to buy promotion that got them into huge debt....Can they ever regain the top club in Wales ? Of course they can just like Newport and Wrexham could but today we are the top club and we will remain top club as long as Tan is their owner and our new owners do their job properly.....
I bet he was told to say that only to appease the fans and it probably worked. Good luck to them but we've got bigger fish to fry.
Frankly I get a bit bored with this bigger club thing and it doesn't only apply to Cardiff. I was wrily amused looking at their forum this week about their achievements and they're still banging on about their FA cup win which was back in the 1920's I believe. Of course no mention of Arsenal's Welsh goalkeeper fumbling the ball into his own net. One thing I would be interested to know is how many Welsh internationals each club has produced.
