No but it's vastly improbable that Bates' successor would be a worse chairman than him.

I agree with the sentiment.

 

I think it's time for Bates to go. Some of the things he goes on about in his interviews are actually entertaining and in a few cases correct. The rest is just embarrassing, like how he slates our ex players shortly after they depart. It's not like Schmeichel was nasty about Leeds after the bid was accepted. The money thing is getting tedious as well. £1.2 million spent over 2 seasons, where the hell has it all gone? I find it hard to believe that these free transfers we get are demanding wages that high that it all evens out.

Struggling to think of anyone worse, the obvious non-candidate aside.

 

We could do a lot worse than to be bought out by a group of successful businessmen who are Leeds fans. I think this was an option a few years ago but my memory is hazy. As the financial capital of the north and the city with the most money outside London, there has to be some very successful businessmen in the city who share a passion for Leeds United.

 

yea fair enough i just dont want the club to be sold to someone whos worse, although this is not likely
