Yeah the plane is a little cringeworthy, I do have to admit.
I honestly dont think its to change the boards mind though.
I think it is to shame Wenger in to leaving.

I remember when your lot did the same thing to Moyes.....<doh>
Honestly dont think it will sway the board one way or the other.

Indeed they did and I felt exactly the same about them.

That's where these 'fans' have their overinflated sense of entitlement. I mean, how ****ing dare a manager fail, let's hire a plane?

    ****s.

Hiring a plane is ****ing stupid, can't be cheap either ffs.

Surely a tank would be cheaper and more effective?

  6. I do appreciate your attempts at humour, Fosse. The old HIAG would never have even attempted to find anything humorous in your comment; the new HIAG did.

Translation = The new HIAG is an absolute melt, and finds Fossy funny.

That's why tank drivers wear camo paint though.

Yeah I'd have more respect for them if they clubbed together the cost and then donated it to charity in the name of the "Time For Change" charity or whatever the Anti- Wenger faction is called.

Not sure what a plane is going to accomplish, except to give us all a laugh on MOTD.

  12. I didn't say I found Fosse's comment funny; I merely acknowledged his attempt at trying to be funny. The old HIAG would have been all over that like a bad rash, but not the new HIAG.

However, I do agree with you that the new HIAG is very dull.

In fairness, the majority probably feel the old HIAG was duller <whistle> ... although his bum ring was almost certainly cleaner ... thanks to the ministrations of the Jedi Night Rimmers .... Fluke Skyrimmer in particular

  14. Again, I am loving the attempt at humour, Fosse. It's a side of you that the old HIAG would never have appreciated. Let me tell you, though, that the new HIAG really does appreciate your efforts.

Part of me does wonder how you can maintain that the old HIAG was dull and yet allude to the fact that he was so widely worshipped? Is that not, perhaps, a little jealousy ingrained in your argument? After all, I get the impression that the old HIAG was a supreme innovator, in terms of his comedy. Weren't his pictorial parodies something to die for?

My recollection and, I suspect, that of others is a lttle different ... "widely worshipped" would seem to be something of an exaggeration ... but that's not important now. Whether there were multidudes or just a couple of acolytes with particularly smelly breath is neither here nor there.

Jealousy? ... no buddy ... I have 173 reasons to be jealous of no man, fool, or item of foot warming apparel on these boards. <ok>

  16. Superb effort, Fosse!

Keep trying to be funny, my friend. New HIAG will support you every step of the way.

Cheers mate ... it's appreciated ... but I don't really need your support ... my humour is rather like your sex life ... a solo act <laugh>

PINKIE and Hoddle is a god like this.

  18. <laugh>

Old HIAG used to run a double-act with Pixie.

Some posters saw them as the new Morcombe and Wise when, in fact, they were more like the old Laurel & Hardy, with Pixie being the Hardy character, always getting twatted on the head with anvils and bricks, and stuff.

I wonder how much it would cost to get the bloke with the plane to change the message to something else?
Arsenal Fan TV is full of ****ers, perhaps?
