can't see them romping the championship like Newcastle are doing this season. you'll be able to hear a pin drop in what will be a half empty stadium
Sanchez on **** hot form and overall we've been dominant. very good win and it should pick our momentum up into the difficult Christmas period. But more importantly the Coqs and Xhaka partnership is looking good. If this continues then it should maintain our performances and points until Cazorla comes back.
Was the Alexis Sanchez show today. 3 goals and an assist. Good all round performance. Thought Xhaka played particularly well. Also Gabriel did a decent job at RB. ALSO THANK **** NOVEMBER IS OVER
F--k it had to work late today, from what I'm hearing about Alexis just pay the guy whatever he wants.Just seen him leaving the field and having a selfie with the ball boys absolute class.
Could have had a handful of goals earlier in the game but then turned it on and tore them apart. Sanchez was on fire! Fair play to Oxocube for a good goal after being wasteful for much of the game.
I always thought that this was a great bit of business from us. A world class player in his prime for £35m. We definitely got him cheaper than his real market value.
Strange that Wenger has so much patience with people like Ramsey, Walcott, The Ox etc. but playing Alexis a CF when he came was tried for 2-3 games and then moved to the left. We could have won the league in previous year if he plays like he plays now. What a treat!
Special mention to Gabriel who did well at RB and played on through some tough moments with his knee seemingly struggling and his head bleeding. Good fighting spirit and determination to keep going.
Yeah respect to Oxo, he was wasteful in the first half but he more than made up for it in the 2nd. Involved in most of our attacking play, he was a key player today.
13 goals and 5 assists (in 17 games) for our main man this Season. Good to see Ozil on the scoresheet again.
Alexis is reaching those insane levels that Suarez reached in his final season at Liverpool, pay the man the money he wants, we need to keep him no matter what, cause it would be near impossible to replace someone of his quality.
Just watched the highlights again on MOTD. Sanchez was absolutely unplayable today. His first touch, vision, skill, tenacity and finishing were unbelievable. That dummy to put the West Ham keeper on his arse for his hat-trick was ****ing beautiful
It seems soo predictable that we have started winning again now that November is over. Now I hate to be a pessimist but here's what will probably happen next... Over the next 4+ weeks we keep pace with the Premierleague leaders. We may even top the table for a few weeks. February/March. 2-4 week period of bad results. Champions League period comes to an abrupt end at the hands of Barca/Bayern/Real. Loose ground in the EPL. April/May - Pressure is off .. finish the Season on a run of winning results. Finish above Tottenham. Possible FA CUP final.
