Warnock heaping the praise on Kenny. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/38358270 I agree, his work rate has improved drastically. 2 games he's played out of his skin but to say it changes his plans of buying a striker in January is ludicrous! We NEED a striker, we've been crying out for one all season, hell, for two seasons we've been screaming for a goal scorer! Ken is a half decent substitute, he's physical and his passes have been great, but hes NOT A GOALSCORER!! Can someone please pass this message on to Warnock!!!
I think the point is our budget wont buy us better than him. I thought he played well, was unlucky once or twice and he will score goals if he's left in the side. I really hope we don't panic buy in Jan. This season is a write off, if we can sign quality the fair enough, but Jan is a notoriously difficult time to sign the right players. We certainly don't need more players of the Chammak, Richardson type. Sucking up resources and providing nothing more than what we had already.
We panic bought at the end of the summer transfer, no one would have wanted to come to us with an unknown, unproven manager in Trollope, it should be different with Colin as he should be able to attract decent players. We have half a squad of useless twp we can essentially sell to bolster transfer funds. I heard today that Manga is on 30k a week! For what??? 4 sloppy goals against Barnsley and a benchwarmer with an attitude problem. Get rid. I have faith in Warnock and I'm sure he will do the right thing. We still have a few games to go before January, so time will tell.
An absolute shambles of a transfer imo. People rave about the bloke, but I've thought he was useless from the start.
I understood the personal hearing with the FA was to take place today - seen nothing about it since though.
Bamba been given an extra match, not so sure about Kenneth, after his last couple of performances he looks a different player, i still think we need a striker but i think he's a decent prospect for the future
