    ..Gosling out for another four weeks, might need surgery.

    This is bad craic as it will probably mean Villa now have the upper hand in the Ireland dealings as they now know how much we need a midfielder.

    It's all getting a bit desperate.. What if Nolan, Jonas, Barton or Guthrie(lol) get injured?

    We definitely need a couple of bodies in there, even if they're just loan signings. The only good news is that Ben Arfa looks as if he's going to come back sooner than expected.

    But I'd take Ireland now and striker later in the summer.

    I'd only want Ireland on lone
    unless we plan to sell in the summer our mid-field would get a bit crowded and with the strikers it depends whether we trust big andy to get fit quick and stay that way

    You mean the Gosling thing? Yeah mate its all over twitter and SkySportsNews. Pardew said he will probably need surgery again on that knee?
