We've spent the most in league one - over 600k. Interestingly it's KR's former club - MK - are second in the table. Makes for pathetic reading considering where we are.
Another KPI for the CEO, and another epic fail. I wonder how she explained that one to Duchatelet, or even if she bothered. To make matters worse, the overwhelming majority of those agent's players have turned out to be utter sh1t.
We are always toward the top of these as we always have a squad overhaul because they never get it right...
please log in to view this image Here's a closer look at the league Charlton are top of. If you set agents' fees as the criteria for performance, the teams with the hightest positive (green) numbers are the ones who have best out-performed expectations this season, while the teams with the highest negative (red) numbers are the worst performing, compared to expectations. The lower the number (red or green) the closer the team has performed so far, relative to expectations based on fees paid. Charlton Athletic have spent more money on agents fees this season than the 14 lowest spending League One clubs combined.
Our expenditure on agents alone was more than most league one sides spent on their squads. Let that sink in.
