I don't think cash plus player deals will work unless it's someone willing to be paid peanuts, in which case I doubt they'd be much use to us.

 

Set your sights higher than WHU Jordan, that's if the club give him the final say in where he goes (can they do that by the way, make him go to a club which suits our club and not necessarily the player).

I know Jordan personally and he absolutely loves Sunderland, he will probably stay and look for a move when he's older

 

Given West Ham just took the option to extend his Premier League contract, I'd say it's safe to assume that the lad won't drop down a division and lose pay.

I heard ages ago that a deal would involve, Pickford to city, hart to Liverpool and mignonet back to sunderland

 

With City signing Ederson I can't see Pickford moving unless one of the other top 6 lose their first choice keepers.

Only other option is Everton and I don't see them throwing that kind of money on a keeper, especially when Joe Hart will probably be available for 10-15m
