    I have a plastic garden chair in my shower which I sit on when I shower. To shower while standing up with the aid of a walking stick leaves only one hand free.

    I'm in the process of installing a new shower for my eldest brother and I did advise him to get an enclosure big enough to take a seat [eventually] too. Advice not taken.
