I think 50/50 is more about getting cellinos share after its diluted by the elanora sports split below where he gets banned. But will still weild the power for ES.
    Two questions
    1. is Rad just a cellino puppet
    2. If not, what happens when both partners wants different things who decides. Its ehy modt dp,its are 51:49.

It still smells dodgy to me.

Not according to the clubs statement of ownership. "LUFC 50% owned by Greenfield Investment Pte Ltd, which is 100% owned by Aser Group Pte ltd, which is 100% owned by Andrea Radrizzani".

Must try not to scare her off and end up threatened with an injunction/restraining order this time.

As long as he hasn't got any spoilt brat dipstick sons parading themselves on social media having their hair cut or any other mundane activities that would be a good start

Of these 10,000 many were young kids been brought by parents (possibly for the first time) the family areas including cheese wedge and east stand lower were full. Sorry I welcome them and hope to see them on a regular basis.
We aint going to survive on the old codgers like me and occasional visitor from distant lands (however well intentioned)....

At least they made effort, there are more than a few who profess to be life long supporter but have never paid a penny to watch a game at ER. I can think of three on this forum.

Do I? I thought I was speaking like someone who was interested in whether we invested or not in this window.

I get that. But to suggest we might prefer to wait a year is IMO barking.
Getting out of this league is very tough and any club would have to seize any chance they have.
There is no such thing as a promotion certainty in this league and the road to the prem is littered with big clubs that have invested and failed.

For once I agree with you. Better to be out of this league, possibly struggling in the PL but with the bonus of parachute payments to look forward to to cushion the blow if all goes pear shaped than to be risking losing players desperate to ply their trade in the PL.

It was largely tongue in cheek, as you'd imagine they picked a figure that works for both parties. But this is cellino, he could have tagged 100 mill onto the price, rad agrees, just to get the deal over the line, on the assumption it's unlikely to happen.

As you say we're hardly promotion certainties. If rad invests heavily now to try and get promotion he has to give Cellino multiple millions out of his/his business' pockets, which is money he can't then invest in the team. If he ticks along quietly and invests in the summer, the gains are all his/ours. On the flip side Cellino is selling as many tax free boats as he can to bribe all our remaining opponents to ' go easy'

Barking? Perhaps but you have to love a good conspiracy theory!

I broadly agree with Glory, you'll be surprised to learn, but perhaps not in the detail.

With Cellino, you have a man who knows how to run a football club (warts & all), but whose reputation is somewhat tarnished in the business world.

With Radz, we have someone with an excellent rep in the business world, but the key question for me is 'has he any idea how to run a football club'? I bloody hope so, but there is nowhere to look for assurances. Many 'good businessmen' have been found out in the football business, got their hands severely burnt, and destroyed football clubs in the process.

Sorry, but I'm not dancing in the street yet. Radz has a lot to do to get general approval. And it'll take more than the rest of this season to prove it.

And this from your eternal optimist.
