As I posted earlier... One of my old mates was from Beaumont Leys and when I used to go to his we used to go to Filbert Street. It's always good to see a non-big4 team doing well.

I wouldn't sell him. If we do it would give some of our other 'star' players the feeling that the ambition isn't there. He's the best striker in the premier league, and he's playing for us, probably got to go back to Lineker since we could last say that. We should definitely be giving him a new contract though, sooner rather than later, show him some love.

 

It is like CR said in a recent interview - we don't need or want to sell him but if he or any other player wants to leave, then they can go.

 

CR is spot on...... No-one is bigger than any club.
It doesn't matter if your Lionel Messi, Jamie Vardy or even Carlton Palmer !!!
