Apparently if you take the piss out of people dying in agony you get some helpful advice as a punishment if you're part of GMP. Not even a slap on the wrist for the gutless ****. name and shame campaign then i guess. its not right and the DIRECT quote for the head of that force does not align with this result.

Mate, obviously I am not a Liverpool fan, I am a football fan and therefore feel solidarity with fans across the world, especially when it comes to Hillsborough. I remember the days when fans were treated like cattle and what happened at Hillsborough that day had been a long time coming unfortunately. It is often referred to as the Hillsborough 'disaster'. A better term would be 'slaughter'. For those lying bastards who covered up what we all knew, was and still is nothing short of criminal. I hope they rot in hell. Good luck for the season.
So the contractors toilets at Anfield are covered in vile Hillsborough related graffiti. http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/anfield-stadium-toilets-graffitied-anti-11743807 The ****bags that wrote it will never be caught, but during negotiations by LFC to enlarge the main stand they met with local residents who asked the club to employ local labour during its construction, less chance of that kind of thing happening if that had been the case. But they chose to not include that stipulation in the tender they posted, local labour was only used in the demolition of the remaining houses that were pulled down before the steelwork went in.
Depends how hard they try. They'll have the record of all the contractors who worked on the place up till that point: simple question of a process of elimination and handwriting analysis thereof. They'd do it if it was a murder case - but this isn't a murder case. If you remember, some of our ****s wrote vile ****e about Munich in the lavs at OT after the Chelsea semi in '06. If it was easy to shame these ****wits I'd say do it; otherwise just ignore them. They're beyond reason.
Its a nice little alcove where someone might leave a note or a flower or whatever just sit at the benches. its also sheltered. i didn't get why the put it there til i saw the video and now i see the whole thing is deliberate. Its really good.
''Lawyers for the families of the 96 Hillsborough disaster victims have drafted a new law to compel public officials to be truthful at inquiries....... The Hillsborough Law, which includes penalties and fines, would address a "culture of denial", campaigners said....... The proposed Hillsborough Law, or Public Authorities Accountability Bill, seeks to place a further onus on those in public office to co-operate positively with investigations.'' http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-37296034
