I've only ever witnessed great support from the faithful. Zamora for one needs to put in a great performance and get on the scoresheet, I've seen many threads calling for him to be dropped. We will be there cheering the hoops forward & all hope the players do the same & push forward in to the opposition box where the result will be made. It is wrong of Zamora to even question the faithful, we've agonised for years & now deserve some success, don't we?
I don't think he says anywhere that we don't. He just says how important the support is and not get on players backs. They may be hearing gradual turning against teammates like SWP. Also don't doubt for one minute players will look at sites like this. With some of the posts on here you wouldn't blame him for thinking they could be in for a slaughtering from fans on Sunday.
If only Zamora put as much effort in as the fans do. Hes been so lazy in the last few games that I cant remember him doing anything good.
Agree. The fans have been magnificent at every game. Zamora will get more support still if he remembers to jump for headers against defenders
Exactly - he started the season reasonably, but the last two games he's been slothful and ineffective
Be fair - the main reason Bobby is a bit immobile (well slow) is that he is so full of **** - he has been struggling with that for a few years now.
Zamora falling out with fans? Absolute shocker that. Has he done his 'cupped ear' celebration yet? I suppose he would have to score first...
To be fair,he just doesnt look comfortable playing on his own and I reckon he needs someone to play alongside him. It seems most of his sucesses came when playing alongside a strike partner. Lets see
Cisse biggest disappointment of the season so far for me. Because he was scoring goals last year it was easy to overlook that he does absolutely nothing else. So when he's not scoring goals he's good for nothing. His reaction to his penalty miss against Norwich sums it up - more disappointed not to get a goal against his name than happy that BZ followed it up. I'm certain he is only interested in his own career stats and couldn't give a toss about his colleagues or the club. The Geoff Boycott of football. Mind you, if he starts scoring goals I'll love him again.
Contrast that with Walcott who gave up his hatrick to give one of the goals to a youngster so it meant he scored his 1st ever goal for them.
You can't score if you aren't playing. Given his lack of heading ability I have no idea why MH picks BZ when he wants to play a single out-and-out striker particularly with the ball playing talent in our midfield. Cisse must start.
