I know arry is trying to sign a decent striker during next 20 hours or so but lets just check some statistic info about these superheroes. Between them they have played 53 matches during two years or so ( Zamora signed January 2012 and Johnson june 2012) and have scored staggering 8 goals! Thing is that even if they suprised us all by scoring few goals probably one of them (or both) get injured pretty soon. I really hope we can rely those two just as a back ups.
I was just about to post they were our version of Hinge & Bracket! Don't laugh, but it's odds-on they'll be starting upfront tomorrow...
If they are all we have, then there ain't nothing we can do about it. Time to stop the moaning and abuse and back them to the hilt. Applaud anything they do right. Cheer them on. Even if their game only improves by 10% then it is better than no improvement at all. If they play and it isn't working then so be it. All the moaning and abuse from the fans will not make it any better, it will only add to the problem. I don't want to be a part of the problem. We have enough problems as it is.
Agreed, but when you are labelled as ´fickle´ or ´infected´ because your opinion of a footballer´s ability, desire and injury record goes against the so-called ´revered?´ and ´odd´ poster it pisses you off and that´s where the moaning starts.
"Between them they have played 53 matches during two years" How many have they played together? How many have they both played 90 mins together for? Bobby's 1st touch is better than Charlie's as is his weight of pass. We always look better with AJ on the pitch. He brings much needed pace They love playing alongside each other you can tell Bobby looked slim and fit on Tuesday. 2/3rds of his previous body weight. Someone near me suggested Niko had eaten him Both are fitter than they have ever been for us. If they get injured Matty will go up front and be a revelation Plus the boy Henry has is "goal a game " currently Roll on the good times. Play offs my *rse
Despite the fact that I believe social services should be looking into the why he's even playing when in need of an operation, If at the game you've got to support him he's injured he needs the lift. This is the forum where we can vent our collective frustration over why a striker can't score goals, even if it does feel like an opportunity has been missed. Thought we tried to back him the other night but it did sound quite sarcastic, more feeling next time.
We are in it together mate so exactly how does it help like Eamon says Time to do our jobs support our club
