http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/foo...-if-south-korea-invoke-fifa-rule-9377288.html Unless harry can sweet talk Korea into releasing him for the game but they've already lost one LB for the WC. Not good news.
It can be hard choosing club over country sometimes but club over another country?!! Not welcome news at all. He was awesome. Great speed with skill.
I'd never post a wind up in times like these. I really hope Yun is begging the Koreans to let him take part in the biggest match of his career. Clutching at straws but maybe they will not allow him to go if he's not playing but may release him if he's starting, it could mean Redknapp may have to play him. Now in panic mode, the same might happen to kranky and any others who are going!
I was going to say that it's in the Standard and they really don't like us.......but it may have some creadence....
Yeah, their dislike for us is obvious. Leyton Orient get better coverage! Anyway, I'll wait until I hear something official, not from that ****ty rag.
That's good, have we got anyone else going. Hopefully they are being pricks just making a story about Yun not being cleared yet and making out he won't be cleared.
It is an 'if' at the moment - pray to what ever God's you believe in - he does look quite a prospect. If they are able to press home the ruling would this open a can of worms with the arbitration of sport - it seems rather unfair, though understandable, that the CL final is exempt yet other competitions are not?
Its to stop players playing in the summer leagues but its incredibly stupid and unfair that we could have been robbed of 3-5 players.
I really hope they let him play I don't want to see Clint Hill at LB because Patrick Bamford has the ability to make him look awful
http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/...uk-young-will-be-available-for-play-off-final Talks between QPR and South Korean FA are happening tomorrow. It'd be a great birthday present if he's cleared to play! Of course, an even better present would be one of my sources coming up with a ticket!! www.west london sport.com/qpr/football-wls-qpr-v-derby-rangers-confident-yun-suk-young-will-be-available-for-play-off-final Edit - URLs still not working, so copy/paste the link, removing the spaces from WestLondonSport...
Great news from a much better site. I was hoping talks hadn't happened rather than they were denied. We simply can't play hill at lb against derby.
Would seem strange to stop him playing, so hopefully people will see sense. If we are lucking maybe even starting...
I suspect that SK will insist he flies out to them as they have already lost one left back and wouldn't want to risk losing another. On the plus side, if he gets some games in Brazil then it will only improve him and he will come back to us next season a better player.
