I'd have him in reserve for Traore who I think is a confidence player and will benefit from a run in the side. UTR's - Can you place one of those "Just think how many people have seen this advertising space? Call xxxxxxxxxx to find out more." adverts in your signature? If you could also hold it above urinals and at prominent points at rail/bus stations, that would be grand. Apologies if you are mainly on desktop PC (please lift with the knees)! Thanks.
No he shouldn't. Traore was one of our best Saturday and is getting better and better the more he is played at LB. Would be very wrong to replace him now.
If we're playing four at the back what about Ned at right back with YSY at left back. Isla and Traore aren't ideal unless we're going back to three at the back in which case Ned would be one of the three...
No for me too as the game went on Saturdays he looked decent and frightened united with his direct runs. Needs a good run in the team and he will get better
Didn't Yun (and Dunne) play yesterday for the development squad....anyone know what happened and who got injured?
Tempted to stick with Traore for some consistency but really I prefer Yun and think he deserves his chance Who knows what Redknaapp is thinking He started Hill against United and Traore against Stoke?!!?!?! Surely that would have been better of the other way around
Agree, what are you lot on? He has had so many chances and one bad pass or tackle and he loses confidence and is all over the place. That is not what you want from a left back. He is a wing back at most.............. Yun for me and then HE deserves a run in the team.
Just a thought, if we go back to playing 3 at the back which I believe we will for some games does anyone think Yun could fill the left centre back position?
I think he would do well as a left CB. He likes to venture forward so it may suit him perfectly. I don't think we'll ever find out as Harry doesn't seem to rate him.
Not so sure why Yun is so highly rated on here. I think he's done fine when he's played but whatever the reasons it's not been very much. He looked adequate but no more in the WC. I'd like to see him play but not when Traore is doing well back there. He should get a chance when Traore needs a rest, but then Arry will see the opposition are lightening fast down the right wing and play Clint!
Any other team in this league would play him and he'd be great, nice and fast and would play with passion.
