Thanks Ducky - my favourite story about Willie nelson is from last year - he was caught with an amount of "substance" on his tour bus - he got hauled into court expecting a fine or possible jail time, but it turned out that the judge was a massive fan of his - so instead of sentancing him - he asked for a small live show in the court room and then let him off without charge! Common sense policing if you ask me!
I saw that, made me laugh Willie's still going strong at 70 odd, and they say that drugs are bad for you.Twice I've had tickets to see him and twice it's been cancelled. First time was because of 9/11 and the second time he was ill,and they rescheduled for a date when I was on holiday. I was going to post my real favourite clip, the Peter Storrie "you're having a laugh, mate" one, but thought I had better behave..........
To be fair Ducky - Most of us down this end also find that clip hilarious now! The way Storrie just wishes the world would open up and swallow him - would have to be a pretty big hole!
