Don't care. Far more important stuff going on at our club this week. You'll see a different Leeds team in second half of season
Not in the slightest. One proxy defeat against hull will have no impact on our season. The next few days will define our future for generations
Well at least the people of Hull will finally start supporting Hull again if they go up for a season. Nethertheless, Leeds can spend another decade in the championship, it doesnât matter, we will get a take over eventually, and we will go up eventually, it is only a matter of time. And when go up, we will stay up and we will grow and become competitive again, because we will always have the capacity as a club to do that, Hull never will
Supported Hull City since my dad took me in 1965 ... Only missed going in two seasons and that was promotion season to the premier league and season one in the premier league . BATES IN .
How come your biggest ever attendance is only 2,000 more than ours then?
When were these from then? Hull fans don't usually like talking about history......
Is that your answer? I'm responding to carter's point about having no capacity to become an established prem club in the future. It's a blatant load of old cobblers if you take into account my response and other clues from City's history like our biggest gates and catchment area (east yorks and North Lincs.) 26/02/1949 FA Cup 6th Round Manchester United 55,019 27/01/1951 FA Cup 4th Round Rotherham United 50,040 04/02/1950 Second Division (Old) Sheffield Wednesday 49,900 25/12/1948 Third Division (North) Rotherham Utd 49,655 (3rd division!) 27/12/1949 Second Division (Old) Brentford 48,447 29/10/1949 Second Division (Old) Leeds United 47,638 besides these - bear in mind that we were still occasionally touching 40,000 and fairly regularly 30,000+ (outside the first division) into the 60's and early 70's.
Check the records. Your average gates for the last five years have been roughly the same as ours, and for a city three times the size of ours, having previously been "champions of Europe" that is simply pathetic.
