Adult life. Have you been fairly consistent in your weight or does it fluctuate often?

Ive been hovering between 75 to 79 kilos for a few years now. Which i think is between 11.5 to 12 stone for those who use oldy wordy measurements.

I did peak at 86 about 7 years ago. A canny beer pot belly.

But its pretty consistent now, no matter what i eat or drink.

    What about you?

Always in the low 12 st region. If I get up and above 13 it goes on my face. If I go below 12 and stay below I start getting worried. Always been a slim Jim.

I've always been naturally skinny but started hitting the gym and got up to around 13st at my heaviest. Then I injured my shoulder last August and haven't been able to do any upper body exercises ever since, in the last 8 months I've shrunk down to 9st12.

It's ****ing awful and feels like I wasted 3 years of my life dedicated to eating well and regular gym to build myself up. My confidence is through the floor, I feel like a little boy, utterly pathetic. The NHS don't give a **** though. ****s.

    3st. Thats a canny bit.

6 pints of guiness and a large doner each night may sort that out.

Once in the fifties the body starts to give up on lean muscle in favour of holding on to fat. It's hard enough to be committed to the right diet/exercise thing in the first place, even harder when the physiology doesn't want to do it. For me, it's be good or pile on the flab. But it's worth making the effort.

Can fluctuate, was down at 13 stone when I was shredded, but since piled on a few pounds.
