Being able to watch all the games so far this season has afforded me to look at City's players from a different point of view other than my usual statistical analysis. I like what I see in Pisano and he looks solid to me in most departments but one player that slightly concerns me is Diedhou. I wasn't quite sure what to expect given the videos of him banging in goals left right and centre but some pundit said at the time that you-tube can make anyone look great. He seems to jump and miss more balls than I care to mention but he also appears to be a good ball player but I am concerned that either he was a questionable signing or he hasn't used all the gears in the box yet.

Three games does not a season make but I thought it might be a good time to chat about not just the new players but how they fit in to the overall scheme of things. P.S. We would have lost yesterday if it were not for Frankie between the pipes, so full marks to him from me.

The Italian top class will be a Fantastic addition.

our new number 9 did well against Barnsley and Brum, but seems to have had a mare at Brentford.

The Swedish guy not a clue,at Brum he was like a rabbit stuck in the headlights.Hence did not get any game time last night.

We still require a top goalkeeper, a quality midfield general, and a proven goalscorer.

Not sure if any will arrive but my opinion is we require all three.

Haven't we been saying the exact same thing for a long time? I currently see a squad that is not bad but needs some minor strengthening and it will be interesting to see if any action is taken to resolve any issues. I'm sure Lee is well aware that he promised improvement after 3 transfer windows and that time is upon us, and him, and all we ask is for the required effort to be afforded to the task at hand.

TBH Mike with your video link you're now the man in the know. We've played one home game and two away (both local but not to me in Mexico).
So this season it will be listening to your advice.

Welcome aboard ROD. I would think you can get the live feed in Mexico on bcfcplus.
