Luckily for us you seem too have picked up injuries to more key players last night which is making me feel even more positive about a win for Saints on Sunday!

No Cabaye, Colo, Ben Arfa and maybe Cisse. Just wondered what your back up plan will be?

Could well be names in a hat and volunteers!
Seriously though, it is very worrying and hopefully the hierarchy will take this on board in January, at present however, we're in a tough situation, I don't envy our travelling supporters.

I hope everyone going down to the game on Sunday wears full kit, as they might well be needed.

12 first team squad injuries now. I reckon we should just rock up at the training ground tomorrow Pulp, see what Pards says! I couldn't even tell you our team mate, I'm not sure who is left once the suspensions are considered.

May be the only time we'll see Krul, Elliot and Harps all on the pitch at the same time.

Have to say this is looking good for us. Just hope we don't get over confident!

Krul at centre forward after his attempt to get up for that header.

Hmm with his penchant for long punts he'd better outfield at the Falcons......

Might not have the same accuracy with the egg shaped ball.

I'm not sure he has this with a round one <laugh> He broke me with it last night. Colo looked annoyed.

I heard Harps is quite good outfield and give us some much needed experience.

    Other than that.

We could do with Tiote at his best. He is the right kind of character for these backs to the wall scenarios. Controlled aggression required.

Think he is the one we have to watch, Him and Ba.

I see Pardew has included Ranger in the squad for Sunday. This lad should never wear the B&W again in view of the chances we've given him.
How come Xisco doesn't get the same chance?

Because at the end of the day it's about winning football matches, and Pardew obviously regards Ranger as the better footballer.

Really? I thought it was because Xisco was injured again.

I thought it was due to a clause stipulating we'd owe millions if he plays again... Who knows? I call him the Xisco-triangle, f-ing planes, boats and many professional footballer's playing careers go missing around him.
