This selection and formation give us pace in our back 4, cover and solidity in front of them, speed on the wings and creativity behind Austin. Henry has been consistently better than Sandro, although the latter has been looking increasingly effective.

Are you obsessed with hoilett, the geezer is finished with us, mind you he never really started, so disappointed with his performances.

Not at all. He has been disappointing, although people always choose to forget the good stuff.
He will always work back, which is more than Phillips does and I feel we need pace on the break. Traore could do it too, although I'm never sure that he will be anything other than terrible!
Hoilett and Phillips are made for a 4-2-3-1.

Also, you had Phillips on the LEFT!! Not sure you can criticise anyone's selections!!

Yes they are but never seem to perform when playing together, tomorrow if bobby is out would be prime example to play them with fer behind Charlie, it's **** or bust sat & attack them with pace, nothing to lose.

Yes. That's what I said.
I think Phillips is much better suited to playing in a three behind a striker, as he doesn't defend very well in a 4-4-2. Also, those three can change positions throughout the game. Phillips in the centre can use his excellent shot (his best feature imo).
