    I voted Colo, Wish he was 20 again

    Barton is on twice by mistake, Apologies, However just calculate both %

    Simpson is not on there due to inexperience i do think he has been great but no were near any other of those on the list

    Tiote, A) because he'd kill me if I didnt choose him and B) because he has just been outstanding, he is the perfect player for his role in every way and now we know he can even score a screamer now and then to add to his superb passing, tackling, movement and even free kicks.

    I think Harper is an outside shout though, I cant think of a real mistake he's made all season bar giving away a penalty v Villa, which they missed anyway.

    Harper has had a great season thanks for mentioning it.
    Tiote is fantastic no doubt, i would. I just feel colo from when he joined to now and this season especially has worked hard and made very, very few errors

    Barton has been immense and it's shown when we've been without him, however Tiote has been exceptionable and is Mr Cool and Dependable.

    Barton for me. I think Tiote hasn't been as good since the Arsenal game actually. Not his normal superb self I mean. Although Danny Simpson for me would be up there, he is pretty consistant, just wish he wouldn't back off as much sometimes. It will some with a bit more experiance though.

    Is it just my computer or is Barton on twice? I know he deserves to be on twice but the poll statistics will be a bit wrong...

    Barton does deserve to be on twice, and AB, Tiote really is that good that you have to make up words to describe him ("exceptionable")

    The sign of a great season is that it could easily go to any of 5+ players: Harper, Tiote, Barton, Nolan, Colo, Jose could all win it and you wouldnt be surprised at any of them.

    Simpson most underrated though, think he will be one of the leagues leading RBs in a season or two.

    Definitely Tiote for me, Enrique and Barton right behind him. I cant wait for Enrique to get his first premier league goal, Ill go absolutely mental!

    this - saved me the effort of typing something similar and couldn't agree more about simpson before the season started i was worried he wouldn't cut it in this league but he's proved he can with ease
