How come the money in football forces all sorts of bizarre changes and breaks from tradition, but they can't make top-level clubs install undersoil heating.
all championship and pl sides should be forced to have undersoil heating to avoid fixture congestion and travel problems.
I have just been informed by a Scottish colleague that it is a requirement for SPL sides. As usual the FA proved lacking yet again

It's generally colder up here than it is in England so there'd be regular call offs if they didn't have it. Before today when was the last time Pompey had a home game called off due to a frozen pitch?
