Not to dampen the mood or get all Kurt Cobain on your asses but me and a few friends know which song we want played at our funeral. Probably won't happen for another 80 years. But what would be yours?

Ha ha, sorry bud. I heard mine, got really emotional and I started the thread.
Truthfully, it used to be the Animals 'House of the rising sun' but this has always been my fav tune. But listenng to th lyrics i don't think I could have it played. My girl knows I love it, but to everyone else it would make them think I was a dog. But I'm findin anything hard to beat this ****.
Dylan? Aye. The western one? It's no the last stand FFS. Not sure if you're serious with that one right enough.
Think the tune is awesome, the weird thing is, I like and dislike tunes every week. I really wouldn't want people to sit and sing some hymes for me, that I probably last sang 20 years ago in Sunday school. Probably best to go with the Witch Doctor tune.
failing that, no woman no cry. went to a funeral a couple of years ago of a young guy who took a heroin overdose and that song played..emotional ****
For reasons unknown to me, I will answer this honestly. The song is called 'Through' and it's written and sung by George Michael. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYX5L5LUwLw&feature=fvwrel It's a strange choice really as the song is a message to God who I don't believe exists - all the same it manages to capture the mood of what I would want played. There you have it.
