What was the first single you ever bought? Just to be awkward my first ever purchase was not one but two records. One was on its way out of the charts, having spent 3 weeks at number one and the other was on its way up the charts, peaking at No.2
10cc - I'm not in love Back in the days before wimmin beat the romance out of me and made me all cynical...

Not a single but the first record I ever bought, I simply cannot remember where, was Holst's Planets Suite. This is my favourite, Neptune. Quite rightly as per the composer's stipulation, this performance at the Proms, has the female choir singing off stage to create that eerie sound in the distance. i come on here to get away from the gooners and now i find another one .wrong part of north london. n17 is much better.
Not sure if it was a single, but the Little Prince Song by Joseph Mcmanners. If that wasn't a single, then I think it was When You Were Young by the Killers. Even though I already had the album. I just wanted the b-side. As it turned out, the Killers subsequently released an album of b-sides which includes the B-Side to When You Were Young. Good album though.
...and MK Dons are the the best team in Bucks Woopert, we have moved on from prawn sarnies and enjoy a cheap hot dog for £3.50 or a lamb roll for an amount I am too embarrassed to mention
I see why http://www.mkdons-mad.co.uk/head_to_head/wycombe_wanderers/vs/milton_keynes_dons/index.shtml p.s. good stats site (stats include records, so kinda on topic)
