It's not the later "Farina" one with fins.If you think the ZB is ugly then you are pretty much on your own I reckon.
My dad had a Hilman Super Minx. Stank of petrol and as a kid I always got car sick riding in it, but I remember it as a thing of beauty. My mate had an Imp. The heater didn't work and it had a couple of holes in the floor, so I remember some ****ing cold journeys to the pub in that.
The Imp was an interesting car in many respects albeit flawed.The aluminium engine started life as a Coventry Climax fire pump unit used in The Blitz.It was light enough to be carried around by two men and connected to the water main. The Imp had a rear engine but a front radiator so the hoses ran the length of the car and regular blocked up.So no heater and an overheating engine.
