Im not sure on the exact details but this is probably our oldest squad that we have had for a while. We have many youngsters in the ranks who i feel can contribute to us in the future i feel some of them may need to be loaned out but a few are ready for first team.

Gnabry: This guy has pace direct dribbling straight at the opposition he plays with out fear very similar to Sterling in a sense i feel that he now needs game time and a lot of it i would love to see him loaned out to a premiership side who will play him A lot i feel he has the potential to be one of our best players.

Sannogo: I actually rate him a lot more then most do i feel he has alot of potential he is a tall guy with lots of pace he gets his self into the right positions but lacks any composure in front of goal i think he would benefit from playing in the Dutch league where he can play for a team with a similar playing style to ours and get a few goals which will help his confidence and composure.

Chamberlin: To be honest i may be alone in this but i think we all overate him a bit he hasnt played alot of games for us this season but when he has. i haven't really noticed him i hope he overcomes his injury problems and becomes a key player for us but i doubt it.

Wilshere: i think wilshere has to be one of the unluckiest players in our squad but i feel he has enough time to be a truely world class player and a future arsenal captain i hope he is unlucky that we have ozil and carzola playing in his best possiton in my opinion. i am not sure at this moment what i feel is best for Wilsheres development.

othere mentions: Joel campbell will like to see him around our squad pushing carzola and poldi for the the left wing slot and carl jenkinson i think he was the succesor to sagna if he stayed on for a few more seasons but now i see wenger buying a better young RB to start ahead of him so i doubt we will see alot of him next season.

okay so that was my little analysis on youngsters in our squad if you disagree or i have missed anyone out let me know thanks :)

    Gibbs, Ches ?
Wouldn't say Theo and Rambo don't count as youngsters at 24 and 25...

Wilshere will come good as soon as he gets a decent run of games without injury. For me he's still a World Class talent. People call him overrated but I would argue the opposite.

I think Joel Campbell is one to add to that list: Quick, skilful and fearless. Be interesting to see how he does in the EPL.

Zelalem - Quality little playmaker. Have a lot of hope for this kid.

Crowley - The best youngster in our Academy. Technically superb midfielder. I could see him breaking through next Season.

Jenkinson - A little disappointed he didn't get more games last Season. Great potential, very athletic but he is prone to the odd dodgy game.

Go back a generation or more and you guys had Rocastle, Michael Thomas and Paul Davis - all London boys. So if you guys could could produce players like that in the past why not again in the near future? These guys would have walked into the current England team.

    Good thread ,

I know Oxo can be a bit hit and miss but he is a quality playmaker , he makes an impact in every game i think , runs at defences and asks questions , no worries about him at all .

I have a huge amount of confidence in Gnabbers , he hasnt played a lot but from what we have seen , he has real potential.

Joel Campbell should here right now , he is easily ready .

Im not sure about Jack , he can create , but more often these days he gets crunched and folds , i think his formative years have burnt him out .
Hes played a LOT of football for a youngster .

Jenks is ok , he is fast and powerful , always puts 100 per cent in and dont get muscled off the ball much .
A bit more quality in his crossing and hes set .

Sanogo , the jury is still out , he could be great , he could be terrible , we just havent seen enough of him yet .

If you want British players, in a few years Jenkinson, Gibbs, Wilshere, Ramsey, Theo, Oxo will all be playing regularly for Arsenal. That's 6 high quality, technically able British players, with more coming through the youth system.

    Crowley too.

I've been hearing some very promising things about him.
