Hey all.. What's this fascination for admiring these 'Itchy faces' on you tube in this day and age..? My daughter about to turn 9 soon talks about this Morgz dude, some 17 year old, skinny **** from Sheffield or so I thought. Turns out this lad has over 6 million followers ffs, has a fashion range, uses constant click bate and has his mother who's probably about 30 modelling his clothes as well as his girlfriend. Got to hand it to him like, he certainly appeals to the Primary school kids and his stuff looks decent, not sure about the click bate though 'I had sex with my mum when I was 12', wtf is that about? There's nowt there to see (I looked ) but the kid must be earning a fortune.. Could be a few you tubers on here, what would you do though to attract the masses? Have fun all and keep smiling..
Oh and I would set up a self preservation society on you tube to all you miserable ****ers out there..

We letting all these things ruin our kids. They think it's cool to be stupid and even cooler to encourage our kids to have no moral compass and respect.

The moment the internet went global was the moment of change imo.. There's lots that have jumped onto a bandwagon to corrupt, steal, be a total ****, have a voice and change how we live in a not so good way.. Trump is the finest example of how the internet has completely ****ed up society..

She walked in to our front room last night to hear my eldest saying **** you to a mate while playing Fortnite and my middle lad then called her an a'hole for saying screens were being turned off, while he watched Youtube! My kids swear because of Youtube, not because of anything they hear me say as I don't swear in the house. They hear some stuff at football but no one calls people a'holes round here so it's definitely Youtube. I'm giving my eldest an old Sony phone with no apps and my other boy can have his Amazon tablet back which only has Youtube kids. I'll take the Xbox controls to work with me. See how they enjoy that during half term!
Totally agree mate, that Morgz lad is on you tube kids, would never let my girl loose with you tube.. a dangerous place for the vulnerable..
Personally I do not think you need to whack your kids to keep them behaving kindly and respectful. Both my girls are decent kids. They were brought up knowing that they would lose privileged like playing with their toys, going on days out, watching tv etc and when they got older were aware that they'd lose their computer, phone and Wii usage. The trick for us was to explain that these things are earnt not a right...I am sure others posting on here do the same so please do not think I am trying to teach you to suck eggs but it does kind of piss me off when people in the real wotld have called me a liberal do gooder cos we have never hit them or claim we are lucky they are lovely. We put a lot of hard work into bringing them up, did not just plonk them in front of a tv or computer all day and actually took them out, talked to them about the world around them, played games with them, cooked with them, read with them and taught them right from wrong. They would be bollocked if they were out of order. They have had their moments but they are way nicer than I was as a kid...but then I had an utter ****wit mother and her **** of a husband as role models!
