You may think we are bad but---------------

I watched Sunderland V Norwich today. You may think we are alone in watching rubbish at the Brit but I can asure you that we are better than both these teams.

You may think that they have better managers than we have. If so, why are they playing so badly?

 

I personally think this season the prem is just poor to be honest.

 

Agreed Waddo, there's quite a few of us boring teams this season. I've seen Newcastle, Villa and QPR games that have bored me to tears this season too.
Might be an outsiders point of view, but we seem to be consistently boring, where as other teams I've mentioned seem to up their game when it's needed and have some very entertaining matches.

 

Yes agreed, this season has by and large been mediocre at best, even United have been grinding out results.

BUT

We are Stoke City and we will be consistently awful if we like.

Let us never forget Boxing Day. What a wonderful Christmas present.We were better than Liverpool in every department.

Agree with most of this but ONE very good performance over the season???? nah simply not good enough.
With regards to Sunderland, Newcastle etc agreed we're all having a **** season BUT ALL the other teams play more (FOOTBALL) than we do.

We play Sunderland and I honestly believe they will batter us at the SOL same with QPR who although look almost relegated play see above in brackets.
For me personally that's all down to Clueliss. Baggies (outpassed) ( outfootballed us) yeah they came for a pt but never looked in danger of losing.
I was bored stupid tbh. Yes it was better than the West Ham game but that was'nt too difficult to improve on was it!

NOT happy and I almost forgot PULIS OUT. P.S. even my Missus was fed up!

I did'nt stop whinging from the moment Adam did'nt come on and Whitehead did. So did half the Boothen End Moe.

The wife said " Why watch it IF you keep whinging" She was sitting next to me has done for most of the season!! A Woman's logic Moe

 

There have been times when I have been tempted to close my eyes. I don`t like horror stories.

 

Norwich havent spent a 100 million and Sunderlan will have a net spend far lower than ours becuase of the sale of Bent.

I agree though that the prem has been a poor standard this year which makes our inability to score points even worse!

 

Its a sorry state when we have to go back to boxing day to remember a good game...................................and its nearly April.......................what a ****ing mess we are in!!

 

My mates at work is a Sunderland fan and hates the negative defensive approach that MO'N has brought to his club, says they're dire to watch and expects to go down, he reckons he won't watch the match when we play them and the ball will go to sleep!!

Where is anywhere? Maybe Mon and Clueliss could strike a deal nothing too dodgy like.

 

They'll both set up ultra defensively anyway but i'd take a point from that match any day.
