**** You! I HATE the NLDs. They're the worst matches of the season. So I repeat.... **** You! I spend all week stressing about it...praying to a God I do not even believe in in the hope they'll save me from a week of doom that follows the NLD loss. And as I have had plenty of them I reiterate... **** you All! I find it near impossible to watch the NLD on tv...I tend to hide behind a chair like a kid watching Dr Who but love the atmosphere of being there...like I was a the last NLD at WHL....WHICH WE WON ... so.... Fuuuuuuuuck You! If your team wins it's great after a stressful week. If you draw it can be great (coming from 4-2 down in the 88th minute and drawing 4 all springs to mind!) or terrible if reversed. However losing is gut wrenchingly sickening. Anyone who doesn't want to kill a cat every minute of every hour of every day for the following week after losing a NLD is a plastic yuppie twat. Always makes me laugh when spanners and chavs act like they are our rivals. I am irritated for a matter of minutes after losing to them but I could go all Hungerford after losing to you lot. So come Saturday at 2.30 I suggest you mo fos evacuate Islington pretty quickly You ain't beaten us in the league since Nice but Dim was in charge so you are due a win So in conclusion.... **** all you mo fos! PS...one of the kids in work was growling at me. I asked him to use his words as I didn't speak growl to which he responded... **** you ****! Can't think why I am sharing this on @PISKIE s board
The media seems to think we are going to lose soo we will probably win. Arsenal are confusing like that. Wanna see.. -------------------------Cech--------------------------- ---------Mustafi----Koscielny-----Monreal-------- Bellerin-----Ramsey------Wilshere-----Kolasinac ---------Ozil---------Lacazette--------Sanchez------
Just be happy Real Madrid hasn't bought up Harry Kane and Delli Alli hasn't transformed into Tom Huddlestone Mark II...yet.
It'll be interesting to see how long Kane stays with Spurs. So far he genuinely looks happy where he is, which is a rarity with players. He actually looks like a decent lad.
You'd think with current form, Spurs are favorites, but you never quite know about us. We could put in an inspired performance together. Spurs looks a lot stronger mentally than they once was, so an implosion is harder to predict, Pochettino has given them that steel which was missing.
12 games in, and this is already a six pointer. You for the psychological effect it will have on your season. Spurs because they cannot rely on Citeh dropping any points before their Dec 10/16 showdowns.
If they can win the league within the next couple of Season they may be able to keep All/Kane etc.. If not they will get tempted to move.
didn't realise you were still doing the match threads on here rcl! Fancy Spurs tbh, when was last league win at Emirates?
1-1 draw for me - which would not be a good result in my book. I just think we will definitely concede, and kane will probably score against us again. I can see them actually scoring first and us chasing the game - and finally get an equalizer. Im not too concerned with Tottenham on the way up - I am more concerned with Arsenal on the way down. This game (NLDs in general) illustrates more so the latter than the former IMO.
2010...Nov 20th. Was my uni kids 13th birthday. We took her to Broadstairs for the weekend and when we arrived we were two down. A mate was keeping me in touch cos we had no radio. Every November Broadstair has tonnes of sand delivered to the beach and is made into a 8 foot high mound the runs the length of the beach. We cheered loudly we got one back...danced around when we equalised but when my mate texted that Kaboul had scored our winner me and my kids (we are all mixed raced) ran the length of the mound shouting "Kabooooooouuuuuuullllllllllllllllll"...think the locals thought there was a Muslim festival going on Oh for a win on Saturday!
You guys have more experience of being on the losing side, so how have you coped for the last 20 years
