No I don't feel sorry for them....They are in the premiership we are on the brink of relegation to the 4th tier of the football league.

This. Whatever Vinny Tan is doing to that club, we are still in a worse position than them.

They have international players in their team, we have journeyman loan players..

Perhaps we should have a poll - would we rather be run by SL or be in the Premiership owned by some nut job who sooner or later will get bored of his new toy?

I'd prefer the Nutter and be in the Prem.

As opposed to a different bunch of clowns who are taking us South.

Steve Landsdown without a shadow of doubt, rather be in League 2, than the prem run by an absolute nutter...Bristol City a proper english football club!

Cardiff could easily be the next Portsmouth. They were put in this terrible position by a mad owner as well.
I would support BCFC even if we were in the conference. Because we stay true to our roots.
The premiership is becoming more like a franchise operation every year.

SL for me. A city fan with an investment in the club, and he doesn't tuck his football shirt into his trousers, what more can one say????

A lot of my Blue/Redbird mates over here are genuinely worried now. Relegation is going to be a massive task to avoid and Tan has already hinted at calling in his money and doing one.....so there goes the parachute payment. The fans will hound him out if they go down as the passion from football supporters will be a complete shock to him. They are on the verge of doing a Portsmouth as mentioned above, all down to a succession of poor owners. Tan,Ridsdale, Haman.......all put money in and wanted it back. Give me SL anytime, even if it does mean L2 for a while.

I was stunned to see the other day that Ridsdale is chairman of PNE. My goodness he has ruined more clubs than a Sunday golfer?
