    I think it has to be made up, even a footballer couldnt be that stupid to do that in public.

    It wouldn't be worth the legal costs of pursuing it. What level of damage has it done to his reputation to justify an award of compensation, and which of the people circulating it has enough money to make it worth a millionaire suing them in the first place?

    He might not think about it in monetary value, him being a millionaire means hes likely to win, then again the Streisand effect could happen but I think thats only really a worry when the person is trying to shut down something theyve actually done.
