    Bungling thief, 21, set fire to himself while trying to steal live 11,000-watt cable causing power cut that left his grandmother on stair lift for four hours
    Richard Howells saw sparks fly from his fingers after prying out the cable with a screwdriver
    The 21-year-old caused a power cut to 1,000 homes

    His own grandmother was stranded on her stairlift for 4 hours by power outage

    Seriously though - messing with 11kv is no joke. He's lucky to be alive.
