Seen loads of pictures on various online forums of people complaining about the queue at the ticket office for people who can’t access the digital tickets so want the card alternative. These pictures were taken by people in the queue and downloaded to all these forums by use of their phones, but are saying they are incapable of opening an email and transferring a digital ticket to the wallet on their phones.
It might just be people wanting to exercise their choice though. Some - many by the sounds of it- don't want to use their phones, download tickets, and so on. Then hold it up to a reader. They might just want to to hold a card up to a reader. Nothing wrong with that at all.
