Once again our (currently crocked) star striker hits the news for all the wrong reasons - and again his family members at at the heart of the trouble.

Trauma and tragedy seems to follow Jermaine around these days and he has my sympathies, but as someone who has witnessed - and suffered - loutish behaviour from the Defoe Clan (on a flight back from St Lucia a few months back) my sympathy is somewhat reserved.....

  3. Not wishing to be harsh, but I think it is fair to say that JD appears to have a rather large 'extended' family, only too pleased to reap all the benefits of having a relative who is multi-million £ footie star - and one who appears to be very generous to all of them.
