At the moment Wayne Rooney has a three match ban. I have decided you are the person who is going to send in his appeal to shorten the ban or have it changed to a fine. Remember if you fail to convince UEFA they may extended his ban to four matches, because they may believe that by appealing you were actually trying to extract the urine or have an ulterior motive.
