he's a self serving scum bag who is hoping to throw enough **** around in order to save his and his mates arses. must be awful for those that were there and the friends and families of the 96 to hear.
I've been reading the inquest reports on the Liverpool Echo app every day and have found it a great source reporting what has happened without spin. I'd recommend it.
A sad attempt at some mitigation, similar to the contexts of the emails a while back about the Hillsborough families and "their" version of events. What is more disturbing is how many people will just read that BBC headline and go off with a nugget in their mind Policeman says some fans had 'drunk too much'
it is to my mind someone with something to hide trotting out the only line he's got... he and many others will keep trotting out the same line to trying and avoid answering their rol. the inquest findings should be really damning on these guys
